Cancellation Policy

We want to give our customers control and flexibility while keeping our operations smooth. At Tailor Street, you can cancel your order easily through your account within the permitted time window.

Cancellation Window

  • Orders can be cancelled directly from the “My Orders” page within 3 hours of placing the order.

  • After 3 hours, the order enters processing and the cancellation option will be disabled.

  • Once the cancellation window closes, orders cannot be cancelled. You may still request a return or exchange after receiving your product, as per our Returns & Exchanges Policy.

How to Cancel an Order

  1. Log in to your Tailor Street account.

  2. Go to the “My Orders” section.

  3. If your order is still within the cancellation window (3 hours), you’ll see a “Cancel Order” button.

  4. Click it, and the order will be automatically cancelled.

Refunds for Cancelled Orders

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.

  • Refund processing time: 3–5 business days after cancellation confirmation.

  • UPI refunds may reflect faster, while card/net banking refunds may take up to 7 business days depending on your bank.
