At Tailor Street, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please review our returns and exchanges policy below:


Return & Exchange Window

  • Returns or exchanges are accepted within 15 days from the date you receive the product.

  • Requests made after 15 days will not be eligible.


Conditions for Eligibility

For a return or exchange to be approved, the product must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Unused and Unwashed: The item must be in its original condition.

  • Tags & Packaging Intact: All labels, tags, and original packaging must be included.

  • Unworn: The product must not show signs of wear, alterations, or damage.

This applies to all returns and exchanges, including defective or incorrect items.


Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed only once per product.

  • Exchange is subject to stock availability for the requested size or color.

  • If the requested size/color is unavailable, the product may be returned for a refund.


Who Pays for Return Shipping?

  • Customer Responsibility: Customers are required to pay for return shipping in all cases except defective/incorrect items.

  • Defective/Incorrect Items: Tailor Street will arrange a prepaid pickup after verifying proof of the issue.

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method only.

  • Once the returned item passes quality inspection, refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days.


How to Initiate a Return/Exchange

  2. Provide your reason for return/exchange and attach clear photos/videos if the item is defective/incorrect.

  3. Our team will review your request and provide the next steps (customer-shipping details or prepaid pickup instructions).
