1. How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days. Delivery timelines with Blue Dart are typically 3–7 business days depending on your location.


2. Do you charge for shipping within India?

No. We offer free shipping PAN-India on all orders.


3. Can I cancel my order after placing it?

Yes. Orders can be cancelled within 3 hours of placing the order directly through the My Orders” page in your account. After 3 hours, cancellations are not possible, but you may return the product once delivered.


4. What is your return and exchange policy?

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 15 days of receiving the product.

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and have tags intact.

  • Exchanges are allowed only once per product and are subject to stock availability.


5. Who pays for return shipping?

  • For standard returns/exchanges → The customer pays return shipping.

  • For defective or incorrect items → Tailor Street arranges a prepaid pickup after verifying proof.


6. How do I start a return or exchange?

7. How long does it take to get my refund?

Once your return is received and passes inspection, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.


8. Can I exchange my order for a different size or color?

Yes. Exchanges are allowed once per product within the 15-day window, subject to stock availability. If your preferred size or color is not available, we will process a refund instead.


9. Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within India. International shipping will be introduced soon.
